Book, pay and unlock the sauna – no keys, no app, no staff on site

Rexidy Sauna Booking gives every sauna its own booking page, reached via a QR code at the sauna or a link from the club’s website. Guests choose a time, pay with Swish or card and get access to the door during their booked slot. The sauna is switched on automatically in advance of every booking so it has time to heat up, and a lamp shows whether it is free or occupied. No keys, no cash handling, no booking lists.

Igloohome lock with personal code

After payment, a unique door code is created that only works during the booked time. The guest enters it on the lock’s keypad – the lock needs no connectivity.

Already have an electric lock or door opener? A Shelly relay opens the door directly from the booking page on the guest’s phone.

Shelly relay on the sauna’s signal input

A Shelly relay on the sauna’s signal input switches the sauna on automatically before every booking – warm when guests arrive, off when nobody has booked.

Govee lamps

Red or green – visible from afar

With support for Govee lamps you can easily show whether the sauna is occupied (red) or free (green), at the door or on the jetty.

Scan the QR code at the sauna or click the link on the club’s website and pick a free time slot.

Step 2

Pay instantly

Pay with Swish or card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. No account and no app needed.

Step 3

Unlock and enjoy

The guest gets a personal door code or an open button on their phone. Bookings can be cancelled via email.

Features

Booking calendar

Hourly time slots or your own opening hours. Advance bookings and walk-ins in the same calendar.

Swish and card

Payment is taken at the time of booking. Rexidy handles the payments and pays out to your account together with financial reports.

Discount codes

Create discount codes that guests enter when booking – either a fixed amount or a percentage. Ideal for members and campaigns.

Multiple languages

Guests choose their language: Swedish, English, German, Spanish or Japanese – ideal for tourists.

Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled – guests cancel or change their booking themselves via their email. Refunds are easily handled by the administrator.

Fault reporting

Guests can report problems directly from the sauna page. The report is sent to the email address you choose.

As an administrator you reach everything from the same page: payments, payment reports, refunds, calendar settings, lock connection and general settings.

A new sauna is set up in minutes – enter name, description, location, picture, price and fault-report email, connect the lock, and the booking page with its QR code is ready.
