Rexidy Laundry Booking
Fully digital laundry room booking with QR codes, web-based booking and smart locks – no keys, no paper lists, no apps.
Rexidy Laundry Booking is a service for property owners, housing associations and serviced-apartment operators who want to replace physical keys and manual booking lists with a modern, unattended and secure solution. Built on Rexidy's Blippa platform, it connects the physical laundry room with the residents' smartphones.
The challenge
Access to the laundry room is a central part of the living experience. Traditional systems with keys and paper lists mean extra administration, the risk of lost keys and poor visibility of who has had access. For international guests, language barriers add to the friction.
How it works
Scan
The resident scans a QR code – in the apartment, in the welcome material or directly on the laundry room door.
Book
A web-based booking page opens instantly. Choose a language, see available slots and confirm – no app, no login.
Unlock
On confirmation, a unique PIN code for the smart lock is generated. The code is valid only during the booked slot.
Smart locks from Igloohome
The service can be integrated with smart locks from Igloohome, enabling fully unattended and secure access management. The smart-lock integration is optional – the booking system works just as well on its own, with existing keys or locks.
